Exomet Foundry Products was established in 1984 and since then Exomet has been in the forefront of serving the metal casting industry with its quality fluxes, chemicals, and other accessories. Situated in the heart of nature among lush greenery and a pollution free environ in the village Ellachi, near Narendrapur, about 15 Kms – 20 Kms from the hustle and bustle of Ballygunge the bustle metropolis of Kolkata, Exomet is extremely accessible.
At Exomet Foundry Products we have technical skill and expertise to take up specific technical problems faced by the industry and is capable of coming up with solutions with novel products or processes.
Products We Offer: (A) NON FERROUS METAL ADDITIVES AND CHEMICALS
1) Master Alloying Tablets for Aluminium Melt
Mastab is a solution for solid soiution mix with its high effectivity, speedy disolution of element at a highest level without any drop of temperature. This self sinking tablet provides accurate and predictable element pick up without wastage.
2) Exoshape - 5000
Exoshape - 5000 are a range of highly Insulating, low density, non hygroscopic risers used to feed non ferrous Castings specially Aluminium Castings.
3) Aldegas (Degasser)
A range of tabletted compounds for degassing and cleansing Aluminium melt.
4) Grain Refiner / Alrefiner
A range of grain refining tablets for light alloys.
5) Fluxal-ll0 (Cover Flux)
A powdered exothermic covering and drossing off flux for Aluminium and its alloys.
6) Fluxal- 05 (Cover Flux for Aluminium Magnessium Melt)
A powdered exothermic covering and drossing off flux for Aluminium Magnesium alloys.
7) Modifier
A powdered modifying flux for Aluminium Silicon Eutectic alloys.
8) Cuped ( Cover Flux for Copper Melt)
A powdered exothermic covering and drossing off flux for Copper melt.
9) De - Oxidant Tube
A range of De - Oxidant for eleminating absorbed Oxygen in Copper melt.

It is a range of various sizes of Insulating Pads for maximum feeding of Ferrous Castings.
4) Hot Top
It is a range of feeding heads with various sizes and shapes for optimum feeding of ingot castings
5) Exotherm ( Exothermic Compound)
A highly Exothermic Compound provides liquid metal as an additional feeding facility.
6) A.P.C ( Anti Piping Compound)
Highly Exothermic - cum - insulating APC (Anti Piping Compound) with exfoliating characteristics.
7) Exocoat - ZW -902 (Water base Zirconium Paint)
A ready to use water based Zircon wash for mould / core dressings.
8) De- Sulpheriser
A product for desulphurising steel melts in the ladle.
9) Expandable Graphite
A free flowing nutral base exfoliated type Graphite normally used as a top cover to reduce loss of heat.
10) Exotherm - 04 (Thermit Capsule)
It is an excellent application in achieving a sound and perfect bonding of cable with the pipe line. The process takes only a few seconds to complete the surface welding.
11) Fuel Plus ( Additive for Hydro Carbon Fuel)
Fuel Plus promotes combustion resulting in more energy released from each liter of fuel burnt
12) Feedol - 3 ( Oil base forging lubricant)
It is a oil base lubricant for hot press forge operation.

Quality
Being quality conscious, all raw materials are subjected to rigorous tests both on their arrival and also prior to their production. Chemical analysis, size grading, moisture, density and contamination tests are carried out to ensure that the products comply with the required parameters. Batch testing procedure is followed at the packing stage and all the products are released in the market and are shipped to their destinations with a certificate of compliance giving full batch analysis details.
